Important and primary agronomic practice that increases potato yield — pre-planting spraying of tubers with fungicides against root rots and other common fungal diseases. This method of protecting tubers and sprouts from soil fungal infections is considered safe and effective, reducing the number of treatments later.
Syngenta® has developed and offers effective solutions to reduce potato yield losses — contact-systemic fungicides MAXIM®, QUADRIS®, BRAVO®, REVUS®. These preparations can be applied not only during crop vegetation but also as protective-preventive fungicides for treating potatoes prior to planting. Seed tubers must be of high quality, free from visible signs of fungal infection.

QUADRIS® fungicide with broad spectrum of action
Systemic-contact universal fungicide for professional use (2 hazard class) produced in the form of concentrate suspension. Its composition includes the active ingredient azoxystrobin (250 g/l). Intended for control of main and secondary potato diseases, other open-field or greenhouse vegetable crops. Supplied in 1 L containers. To prepare the working solution for treating potato tubers, dilute with water in a ratio of 1:30 to 1:50.
QUADRIS® fungicide provides prolonged (up to 4 weeks) protection of potatoes during early vegetation against gray rot, late blight, silver scurf, rhizoctonia, and other fungal infections. Suppresses pathogens present on tuber surfaces and in soil. As a result, crop yield increases, product quality and storability improve.
ALTO SUPER, CK
Fungicide
Combined systemic fungicide for protection of cereal grass crops and sugar beet.
ALTO TURBO, CK
Fungicide
Systemic fungicide for control of diseases of wheat and barley.
AMISTAR TRIO, CK
Fungicide
Tri-component fungicide for protection of cereal crops and rice.
Application of MAXIM® fungicide
Effective fungicide for potatoes MAXIM® (Formula M) is used as a contact seed treatment. This Syngenta® trademark product selectively acts on fungal spores without damaging beneficial microorganisms. Pre-planting spraying of potato tubers with this fungicide protects the crop from many dangerous diseases, especially those caused by Ascomycete and Basidiomycete spores (fusarium, fomosis, alternaria, late blight, anthracnose, wet rot, silver scurf, rhizoctonia).
The active ingredient of the contact fungicide MAXIM® is fludioxonil (3 hazard class). The preparation is supplied in the form of concentrate suspension (25 g/l) in 5 L containers. The working solution is prepared before application at a rate of 2 L of the preparation per 100 L of water. Potato tubers are treated before planting or before storage.
AMISTAR EXTRA, SC
Fungicide
Systemic combined fungicide for protection of cereal crops, sunflower, rapeseed, corn, and sugar beet.
BRAVO, CK
Fungicide
Fungicide for protection of potatoes and vegetable crops from complex diseases.
GEOX, VDG
Fungicide
Fungicide for pre-harvest application to prevent fruit diseases of apple during storage.
Effective REVUS® fungicide
Professional translaminar fungicide REVUS® is intended for protection of potatoes and other vegetable crops from dangerous fungal diseases, especially late blight and alternaria. Also effective against powdery mildew, rhizoctonia, fusarium. Applied for treating tubers prior to planting, as well as above-ground parts of plants during active vegetation phase. The preparation provides prolonged protection of the crop from main and secondary diseases. Treated tubers germinate well, emerge uniformly. The plant develops rapidly.
The active ingredient of the systemic fungicide REVUS® is mandipropamide (3 hazard class). The agrochemical is supplied in the form of concentrate suspension (250 g/l) in 5 L containers. Before application, prepare the working solution at a rate of 30 mL of preparation per 10 L of water.

Syngenta Quality Standards
Syngenta® products are considered the benchmark quality on the Russian market of plant protection products. This applies to all produced groups of agrochemicals, including fungicides. At all production stages, key physicochemical properties of components are controlled in accordance with the company’s internal quality standards. These standards are not less stringent, and often exceed national ones, including Russian.
Fake products imitating original Syngenta® plant protection products are present in the agrochemical market. The company has developed effective methods to combat counterfeit spread, for example, using special packaging with multi-level protection. To fully protect yourself from counterfeit products and save your resources, you must purchase agrochemicals only from official Syngenta® distributors.

Support from Syngenta
Within Syngenta’s structural divisions, functional departments are established for agronomic and technical support to clients. They cover, in particular, the following key areas: field trials; laboratory services; agronomic services; training in modern agribusiness technologies.
Intensive crop production involves widespread use of modern agricultural machinery and effective plant protection products. Adherence to technology ensures efficient return on investment and high-quality yield. Practical assistance provided by the company to regular clients greatly supports this.

Client loyalty programs
To reward its clients, Syngenta® implements special loyalty programs. Among them is the "Agron Bonus" program — a system of accumulating points for each purchase of Syngenta® trademark products (agrochemicals, seed material). There is an opportunity to exchange bonuses for valuable gifts from the special catalog published on the website.
The ZORRO® program reduces risks in case of significant (seasonal) price drops in produced goods. Participants may receive up to 15% compensation for investments in Syngenta® products. The AgriClim™ program compensates participants up to 35% of the money spent on purchasing agrochemicals and seeds if adverse weather conditions arise.
