Strong protection for corn crops using the herbicide Alpha Smart Agro - Klinch Forte.

Protection of corn with the herbicide Klinch Forte
Timely weed control is one of the most important parts of corn cultivation technology. At the early growth stage, crops develop relatively slowly, which leads to a loss of competitiveness compared to weeds developing at a faster pace. Therefore, it is very important to protect corn crops right at the beginning of their development.
There are not many products available on the market that are approved for use during the early post-emergence period. The herbicide Klinch Forte is exactly the product that can effectively control weeds, as well as sunflower burweed at the earliest stages of corn crop development.
The preparation has systemic action and combats both grassy and broadleaf weeds. It should be applied once per season strictly during the 3-6 leaf stage of the crop. Any delay may result in weeds developing a strong vegetative mass, becoming robust and damaging future yields. Additionally, applying Klinch Forte at later stages, from 7 leaves and above, is contraindicated, as it may only harm the crop.
The herbicide should be applied according to the development stage of corn, but its maximum effectiveness is observed against annual grassy weeds in the 1-3 leaf stage, annual broadleaf weeds in the 2-4 leaf stage, and perennial weeds at a stem height of 10-15 cm.
Application of Klinch Forte is advisable when soil moisture is sufficient, enhancing the herbicide’s action, and air temperature between +10°C to +25°C. Drought may cause crop burn, while low temperatures may reduce the penetration ability of the solution and significantly decrease the effectiveness of treatment.

When using Klinch Forte, it is important to remember that this corn herbicide does not cause immediate drying of weeds, but rather stops their growth and causes gradual death over 14-28 days. Therefore, if you see green weed growth one or two days after spraying, do not assume that the herbicide did not work.
Klinch Forte is not a standalone herbicide. It must be used in combination with the surfactant Boost, which enhances its effectiveness and speed of action, in a ratio of 1:4 (50-60 g/ha Klinch Forte + 0.2-0.24 l/ha Boost). The product has an efficacy of over 92% when protecting corn crops on fields infested with nettle, groundsel, burdock, lettuce, daisies, chickweed, cruciferous weeds, ragweed, mustard, as well as various sunflower burweed species.
In cases of heavy infestation by cornfield bindweed, field bindweed, Klinch Forte should be applied in mixture with the herbicide Alpha-Ether; for rose ragweed — with Alpha-Pyraclostrobin; for creeping thistle — with Alpha-Nufuron. If there is a problematic amount of perennial harmful weeds, it is advisable to use Alpha-Maïs in combination with Klinch Forte.
