Smooth amaranth

Smooth amaranth (Amaranthus inermis) is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae family. This agricultural crop is recognized for its high biomass production potential and the exceptional nutritional value of its leaves and seeds, which are rich in high-quality protein and essential minerals.
