Corsican sandwort

Corsican sandwort (Arenaria balearica) is a small perennial herb belonging to the Caryophyllaceae family. In horticulture, it is highly prized as an exceptional ground-cover plant that creates a dense, vivid green mat, resembling moss, and produces tiny, delicate white flowers during the blooming season.

Native to the Balearic Islands and parts of the Western Mediterranean, this plant naturally thrives in shaded, moist rock crevices and stony slopes.
