The Livingstone daisy (Cleretum bellidiforme), formerly known as Mesembryanthemum criniflorum, is a fascinating succulent plant belonging to the Aizoaceae family. Botanically, the plant is characterized by succulent, fleshy, spatulate leaves and a prostrate growth habit, forming dense mats that rarely exceed 15 centimeters in height.
