Willmott's corylopsis (Corylopsis willmottiae) is a distinguished deciduous shrub belonging to the Hamamelidaceae family. It is widely recognized in professional horticulture for its remarkable display of early spring blossoms, which emerge before the foliage, providing an early splash of color in the garden landscape.

The species originates from the mountainous regions of Western China, where it thrives in cool, temperate forest environments.
