Chinese Eurya (Eurya chinensis) is a prominent species within the Pentaphylacaceae family. It is a slow-growing, evergreen shrub or small tree highly regarded for its dense, glossy foliage and its ability to withstand shaded environmental conditions in a variety of horticultural applications.
The native distribution of this species spans across the subtropical regions of East Asia, primarily originating from Southern China and Taiwan.
