Linear-lobed geranium

The linear-lobed geranium (Geranium linearilobum) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Geraniaceae family. Known for its distinct foliage architecture and resilience, this species has gained attention in both botanical research and professional landscape gardening as a valuable ornamental crop.

Originating from the mountainous regions of Western Asia, the plant is naturally adapted to rugged environments. Its evolution in such climates has endowed it with excellent tolerance to temperature fluctuations and the ability to thrive in various soil types, particularly those with good drainage and mineral content.

Botanically, the species is identified by its deeply divided, linear-lobed leaves that form dense basal rosettes.
