Originating from the tropical regions of Southeast Asia, specifically areas like Myanmar and Thailand, this plant naturally thrives in humid forest conditions. In modern horticulture, it is cultivated exclusively in greenhouses or as an indoor plant, given its susceptibility to cold stress and strict requirements for stable, warm environmental conditions.
