White henbane (Hyoscyamus albus) is a biennial or annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Solanaceae family. As a specialized agricultural crop, it is highly valued in the pharmaceutical industry due to its high content of tropane alkaloids, which distinguish it from other related species within the genus.
