The Spanish flag (Ipomoea lobata), formerly classified under the genus Mina, is a striking annual climbing vine belonging to the Convolvulaceae family. It is widely cultivated for its unique, multi-colored inflorescences that transition from scarlet buds to orange and finally creamy-yellow flowers, providing a dramatic visual effect in any garden landscape.

Originating from the tropical regions of Mexico and Central America, this plant is strictly frost-tender.
