Evening stock

Matthiola longipetala, commonly known as the evening stock or night-scented stock, is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Brassicaceae family. It is highly valued in horticulture for its intense, sweet fragrance that is released during the evening hours, which makes it a favorite choice for gardens located near patios and outdoor living spaces.

The plant originates from the Mediterranean region and parts of Western Asia.
