Ourisia alpina

The species originates from the high-mountain regions of South America, primarily within the Andean range. It prefers cool temperatures and high atmospheric humidity, making it ill-suited for hot, arid climates without significant intervention and microclimate management.

The plant is susceptible to fungal issues if provided with poor drainage and is often targeted by gastropods like slugs.
