Tumbleweed (scientific name Salsola collina) is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae family. The plant originates from the arid regions of Central and East Asia. Today, it has a wide distribution range, covering various steppe and semi-desert zones across the Eurasian continent.
