Shining scabious (Scabiosa lucida) is a herbaceous perennial plant belonging to the Caprifoliaceae family. Renowned for its resilience and aesthetic appeal, this species is highly valued in horticulture for its glossy, dark green foliage and long-lasting, vibrant flower heads.
