Scentless mayweed (Latin: Tripleurospermum maritimum) is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. In agronomic contexts, it is widely recognized as a problematic agricultural weed that infestations across various cropping systems, particularly in cereal crops, oilseeds, and horticultural fields.

Originating from Eurasia, the plant has established itself across a diverse range of climatic zones, including coastal regions, inland pastures, and agricultural land. Its ability to tolerate salinity and varying soil moistures contributes to its success as a colonizing species in disturbed habitats and intensive farming environments.
