Amur vetch

Amur vetch (Latin: Vicia amurensis) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Fabaceae family. As a leguminous crop, it is highly regarded for its nutritional properties, providing high-quality forage that is essential for sustainable livestock production in temperate climatic zones.

The native range of this species extends across the Russian Far East, Northeast China, the Korean Peninsula, and Japan. It naturally thrives in forest clearings, meadows, and shrublands, showing significant resilience to regional fluctuations in temperature and precipitation.
