One-leaf vetch (Vicia unijuga) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Fabaceae family. Unlike annual vetch species, this crop is distinguished by its robust root system and long-term vitality, making it an excellent candidate for permanent pastures and soil conservation programs.
The plant originates from East Asia, specifically encompassing regions in Russia's Far East, China, Japan, and Korea.
