Manchurian woodsia

The Manchurian woodsia (Woodsia manchuriensis) is a perennial fern species belonging to the Woodsiaceae family. It is a highly specialized plant known for its hardiness and preference for rocky substrates, making it an excellent choice for specialized garden environments that mimic its natural alpine and subalpine habitats.

Native to East Asia, particularly Manchuria, the Korean Peninsula, and parts of China, this fern is predominantly found growing in rock crevices and on stony slopes.
