The primary host for this pathogen is the cultivated grapevine (Vitis vinifera). The virus exhibits a systemic infection pattern, meaning it spreads throughout the entire plant body, affecting both the vegetative growth stages and the reproductive capacity of the vine.
The symptoms of Badnavirus decoloratiovitis are characterized by distinct discoloration of the leaves.
