Havana Solanum mosaic virus (Begomovirus solanumhavanaense) is a viral pathogen classified within the genus Begomovirus of the Geminiviridae family. It is a DNA virus known for causing severe systemic diseases that disrupt the normal physiological development of agricultural crops.

The host range of this virus primarily includes members of the Solanaceae family, such as tomatoes, eggplants, and various wild nightshades. Economic damage is particularly significant when young plants are infected, leading to substantial yield losses and degradation of product quality.
