Deep Tillage without Structure Damage

The Agrisem Cultiplow focuses on the concept of 'seamless' deep tillage. Unlike traditional chisel cultivators, Agrisem engineers shifted the focus to managing the soil profile without lifting the sterile subsoil layers to the surface.

Patented TCS Tines

The core component of the machine is the TCS (Tillage Control System) tine. Its geometry is engineered to create a 'wave' effect: as the tine moves, the soil is slightly lifted and settled, ensuring de-compaction without mixing the horizons. This is critical for preserving the microbiological activity stored in the upper soil layers.

• Breaking the Plough Pan: The tines penetrate up to 35 cm deep, effectively breaking through compacted layers that restrict root growth and impede water infiltration.
• Component Protection: The safety system—either shear bolt or hydraulic (depending on configuration)—reacts instantly to rock impacts, maintaining the frame's integrity.
• Minimal Resistance: The curved shape of the tines significantly reduces draft power requirements. Field tests confirm that the Agrisem Cultiplow requires fewer horsepower per meter compared to traditional deep rippers at similar working depths.

The rear of the frame is typically equipped with a heavy-duty roller (most commonly the FLEX series), which not only regulates working depth but also creates a fine seedbed finish. This eliminates the need for additional discing passes before planting.

In the field, the Cultiplow offers high stability: it does not 'jump' out of the ground in heavy clay soils and manages crop residue effectively without clogging, thanks to the high frame clearance. This is a primary tool for farmers transitioning to conservation or zero-tillage (No-Till/Mini-Till) practices who require precise, targeted soil structure management.
