The main advantage of "Ambrosia" is its delayed transition to the bolting phase. This makes it an optimal choice for operations requiring a long harvest window for fresh greens. In field conditions, the variety demonstrates resilience to temperature fluctuations typical of Central and Eastern European climates.

• For commercial production: Ideally suited for bunching. The leaf mass forms large, lush rosettes with an intense aroma, maintaining an attractive appearance after cutting and transport.
• For mechanized harvesting: Uniformity of the crop and stalk strength allow for the use of specialized cutting machinery, significantly reducing labor costs on large fields.
• For processing facilities: Due to its rich essential oil content, this variety is highly sought after for drying and freezing, as it retains its characteristic pungent scent even after industrial processing.
