Description

It is known that grapevine culture is demanding in terms of mineral nutrition. For a yield of 10 tons per hectare, the following nutrients are removed: 15 kg of phosphorus, 53 kg of potassium, 10-15 kg of magnesium, and 100-130 g of boron. Nutrivant Plus grape fertilizer contains a ratio of macronutrients corresponding to the physiological needs of table grape varieties and is characterized by high physicochemical properties. Similarly to sugar beet, the application of non-root feedings Nutrivant Plus grape leads to a significant increase in crop yield and quality.

Non-root feeding with this fertilizer ensures:

— increased marketable grape yield by 3-5 tons/ha and sugar content in berries by 1-1.5%;
— improved uptake of nutrients by the grapevine root system from soil and fertilizers;
— elimination of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and boron deficiencies observed on carbonate soils;
— enhanced growth and accelerated ripening of grapevine vines and berries;
— stimulation of biochemical processes and increased resistance of grapevines to fungal and viral diseases. Like on other crops, the fertilizer exhibits fungicidal properties, particularly inhibiting the development of downy mildew and oidium on grapes;
— elimination of stress, especially during application of plant protection agents;
— improved quality of wine materials;
— increased winter hardiness;
— enhanced embryonic fruiting potential of winter buds.

Laureate of the State Prize, Professor of the Grapevine Department at Kuban State Agrarian University P.P. Radchevsky notes an important feature of Nutrivant Plus grape, namely its ability to accelerate fruit ripening. Application of Nutrivant Plus allows grapevines to achieve the required sugar content 3-5 to 10-15 days earlier than the control. According to the professor, there are very few products, whether fertilizers or growth stimulators, that possess such a broad spectrum of effects as Nutrivant Plus. Professor and Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Honored Scientist of Russia K.A. Serpukhovitina agrees with this. She believes that today, as grape growers and winemakers are concerned with obtaining high-quality raw material for quality winemaking, Nutrivant Plus may prove very useful in solving this problem. Non-root feedings with Nutrivant Plus specifically contribute to improving grape cluster quality. Clusters become well-balanced, and berries within them have uniform size. K.A. Serpukhovitina recommends transitioning to widespread application of Nutrivant in grapevine cultivation technologies.

Nutrivant Plus has undergone field testing in agrofirms "Mirny", "Yuzhny", as well as in LLC "Pobeda" of Temryuk District. Yield increase ranged from 8 to 25 centners/ha, and sugar content increased by 0.5-1.6%. Significant increases in cluster mass, sugar accumulation, and earlier ripening were observed across all grape varieties. All grape growers also note the evident fungicidal effect of Nutrivant.

Feedings are conducted in three stages:

— during the bud stage (before flowering);
— when berries reach the size of peas;
— 12-15 days after the second application.

Nutrivant Plus grape is suitable for application in a single working solution with plant protection agents. The optimal application rate is 4-8 kg/ha. If necessary, the producer recommends applying feedings every 14 days, with a seasonal application rate up to 40 kg/ha. The volume of the working solution for non-root treatment of plants with Nutrivant Plus grape should be at least 350–500 liters/ha.
