Fertigation made easy with Palaplast

In the middle of the growing season, I need equipment that works consistently without requiring constant attention. The 3/4" injector by Palaplast has become my go-to for fertigation. Installation and operational insights

Installing it into a 3/4" mainline is straightforward, but for the best results, I always recommend a bypass setup with ball valves. This gives you precise control over the injection rate. The material quality stands out; unlike cheaper off-brand injectors, the Palaplast housing doesn't degrade or warp under pressure or when exposed to concentrated chemical fertilizers.

• Performance: It draws fertilizer solution steadily. If you notice a drop in suction, check the mesh filter on the intake hose—debris is almost always the culprit.
• Maintenance: The golden rule for long-term use is to flush the system with fresh water for at least 10 minutes after every fertigation cycle. This prevents salt crystallization and keeps the internal nozzle clear.
• Durability: After several seasons, the unit remains intact. It is UV-resistant and chemically inert, making it reliable for harsh outdoor conditions.

If you operate a small-to-medium-sized irrigation layout, this injector is a workhorse. It removes the guesswork from applying liquid nutrients and provides a consistent mix across your entire field. It is a cost-effective, "set and forget" solution that does exactly what it is designed to do.
