This bearded iris variety, developed by specialists at the Pryluky Research Station of the Institute of Horticulture (NAAS), is the result of targeted selection focused on resilience within the Ukrainian climate. Unlike imported hybrids that often require specific environmental conditions, 'Barbie' is fully adapted to local temperature fluctuations and humidity levels.
