The 'Pamyati G.I. Rodionenko' iris is a landmark Siberian iris variety developed at the Botanical Garden-Institute of the FEB RAS. Named in honor of the renowned botanist Georgy Ivanovich Rodionenko, whose research shaped modern iridology, this variety was bred under the harsh conditions of the Russian Far East. Unlike many commercial varieties accustomed to temperate nurseries, this iris possesses a unique genetic resilience.
