SEA BREEZE

Iris Reticulata Sea Breeze is a miniature variety of dwarf irises with a height of 10–15 cm, which attracts attention with its unusual coloration. Petals in the upper part of the flower are dark blue, transitioning to white wavy "crests", resembling sea foam, while side flaglets have a yellow-blue tint. Such a combination of colors makes the iris especially bright and popular for decorating flower beds, containers, and small garden compositions.

The variety is distinguished by high frost resistance – it withstands temperatures down to ‑34 °C, which allows its use even in regions with harsh winters. Bulb planting is done at a depth of 5–10 cm in fertile soil without waterlogging, while the distance between plants should be 5–15 cm. The best time for planting is September–November, when the soil is still warm, and the plants have time to root before the onset of cold.

Iris Reticulata Sea Breeze is easy to grow: it prefers sunny locations or partial shade and does not require frequent watering. Flowering begins in February–March, bringing a joyful mood and anticipation of spring. Due to its compact growth and bright coloration, this variety is ideal for both pot planting and small flower beds, creating a picturesque accent in any garden ensemble.
