Merlin Giant watermelon is a medium-ripening, high-yielding pineapple-type hybrid, characterized by a strong root system and vigorous plant growth. The vegetative period is approximately 55-75 days from transplanting, allowing for an early harvest. The fruits are oval-shaped, uniform, weighing 3-3.5 kg, sometimes reaching over 4 kg. The rind is fully covered with fine netting, and fruit dimensions are approximately 23 x 19 cm.

The flesh of Merlin Giant watermelon is creamy-white, dense and smooth, with a very small seed cavity devoid of green. It has a rich aroma and high sugar content, ensuring excellent taste qualities.
