Description
Proso of the variety Mironovskoye 94 is high-quality yellow proso seeds, distinguished by high germination (94%), energy of germination (88%) and purity (98%). The weight of 1000 seeds is approximately 7.3-8 grams, indicating good grain quality. Seeds are packaged in 50 kg bags, convenient for storage and transportation. The minimum order quantity is 500 kg, with delivery options including Nova Poshta, self-pickup, and consolidated cargo, ensuring flexible logistics. Payment can be made either cash or by bank transfer. The variety Mironovskoye 94 has a medium-late maturation period — from 89 to 98 days, allowing effective planning of agronomic activities. Plants are medium-height, intensive type, resistant to lodging and have moderate resistance to diseases and pests. The drought tolerance of the variety is assessed as moderate, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions. Yield varies from 46 to 62 centners per hectare, which is a good indicator for proso. Grain quality is high: awniness is 17-19%, uniformity — 94-97%, and the milling yield reaches 76-79%. Porridge made from this proso is light-yellow, fluffy, and has excellent taste qualities. The variety is included in the list of particularly valuable varieties and is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Ukraine, including Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia, as well as in Central Chernozem, North Caucasus, and Lower Volga regions of Russia. To achieve maximum productivity, it is recommended to sow proso at optimal times — in the first decade of May, when the soil at a depth of 10 cm has warmed to 10-12 °C. The seeding rate for full sowing is 3.6-4.2 million seeds per hectare. When treating plants with a special growth hormone, drought resistance can be significantly increased and yield can be increased by 1 ton per hectare, making this variety especially attractive for farmers.
