BOGATYR is a mid-maturing spinach variety that becomes economically mature about 44 days after seedling emergence. The plant rosette is semi-erect, with a diameter of 30 to 40 cm and a height of 18-25 cm. It consists of 10-11 fleshy leaves of an oval shape with a pointed tip. The leaves have a wavy surface and a smooth edge; the average leaf length is about 10-16 cm, and the width is 6-7 cm. The average rosette weight reaches 51 grams, which ensures a high yield of up to 2.7 kg per square meter.

This variety is distinguished by its unpretentiousness in cultivation and adaptation to various climatic conditions, making it convenient for growing in different regions. The harvest is collected from May to September, which allows obtaining fresh greens for an extended period. Spinach BOGATYR leaves have an aromatic taste and are suitable for diverse culinary use.
