Ladya

Spinach of the Ladya variety is an early-maturing culture with a period from germination to harvest of 28-31 days. The leaf rosette of this variety is compact and semi-erect, forming a beautiful and lush shape. The leaves differ in light green or dark green color, they are juicy, tender, smooth and slightly turned upwards, with slight blistering. The mass of one plant is from 25 to 38 grams.

This spinach variety is valued for its nutritional qualities: it is rich in protein, iron salts, potassium and calcium, as well as vitamins. Ladya is characterized by high frost hardiness and resistance to bolting, which allows growing it even with frosts on the soil. Thanks to these properties, sowing can be done at the end of April, and leaf collection can start as early as the 15th day after germination, although full ripeness occurs by the 28th day.

Spinach Ladya is suitable for consumption in fresh form and for freezing, which makes it a universal product for various culinary purposes.
