MERKAT

Merkat F1 is an early spinach hybrid designed for growing in winter, spring, and autumn periods. The plant features an upright medium-sized leaf rosette up to 18-20 cm tall, with beautiful dark-green, smooth, oval-shaped leaves. Leaf petioles have equal length, which facilitates cutting and speeds up harvesting, making the hybrid convenient for both manual and mechanized harvest collection. The mass of one plant is 20-25 grams, and the yield reaches 1.4-1.7 kg per square meter.

The Merkat F1 hybrid develops quickly and gains mass, allowing for stable and high-quality harvests. It is ideal for the "baby leaf" technology and belongs to the "Ready to Eat" product line, making it in demand for fresh consumption and use in home cooking. The leaf rosette is vertical, leaves are large, elliptical in shape with slight lobing and weak blistered relief.
