Vityaz

Spinach of the "Vityaz" variety is a high-yield and undemanding vegetable that grows quickly and is suitable for cultivation in open ground. Seeds of this variety are recommended to be planted in spring at the end of April to May or in late summer in August. The plant tolerates frost, drafts, and heat well, making it universal for various climatic conditions. Ripening occurs within 45 days after the appearance of seedlings, which allows obtaining two crops per season.

The plant forms a rosette of 10-12 oval leaves with a smooth edge and wavy surface, about 16 cm long and 7 cm in diameter. The leaves are dense, without tough stems, which makes them convenient for consumption fresh or for preparing various dishes. The yield of the variety reaches 2.7 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity. The seeds are large and light, and their shelf life is quite long.

Spinach "Vityaz" is a valuable source of protein, second only to legumes in content, as well as organically bound and easily absorbed iron. Regular consumption of this vegetable helps replenish iodine deficiency and promotes normalization of digestion. Thanks to its nutritional properties, spinach is widely used both fresh for salads and as a side dish or ingredient for various culinary dishes. With proper storage in a package, leaves retain freshness for 3-4 weeks, and in a container - several months.
