AT 21

Sunflower AT 21 is a high-yielding hybrid of oilseed crop, designed for cultivation in temperate and subtropical zones. It is characterized by high drought resistance, making it particularly valuable under conditions of insufficient irrigation. The hybrid has a long vegetative period and prefers well-heated soils with sufficient water during flowering, as well as dry weather at the beginning of ripening for optimal yield formation.

AT 21 is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 59 centners per hectare, and high oil content in seeds, ensuring the production of high-quality edible oil. Plants reach a height of 180-190 cm, have a flat head with a diameter of 22-24 cm in a semi-tilted position. Seed shattering rate is 20-22%, which facilitates processing. The hybrid belongs to the ultra-early maturity group with a vegetative period of about 95-100 days, allowing effective use in various agroclimatic conditions.

Special attention has been paid to AT 21's resistance to a wide range of diseases and pests. The hybrid shows high tolerance to diseases caused by pathogens from A to G, rust, sunflower moth, as well as diseases such as Phomopsis, Macrophomina, leaf and stem spots, root and stem rot. This significantly reduces the risk of yield loss and enhances production stability. Due to its characteristics, sunflower AT 21 is recommended for cultivation in the Forest-Steppe and Steppe regions, providing high yield potential and reliability under various conditions.
