BG N 4

BG N 4 is a high-oleic sunflower hybrid with a medium maturity period and high yield. It has a vegetation period of about 110–115 days, plant height ranging from 165 to 180 cm, and high oleic acid content in the oil — up to 90%. Seed oil content is 48–53%, ensuring the production of high-quality oil with improved consumer properties. The hybrid is adaptable and suitable for various cultivation technologies, including no-till, making it versatile for different agroclimatic conditions. One of the key features of BG N 4 is its high resistance to major sunflower diseases such as white mold, phomopsis, phomopsis, rust, as well as lodging and drought. Thanks to Clearfield technology, effective weed and weed control is achieved, contributing to stable yields even in drought-prone areas. The hybrid’s yield potential reaches 32–50 ц/ha, confirming its high productivity and reliability under various growing conditions. The hybrid is recommended for resource-saving technologies and exhibits tolerance to various disease races, including false powdery mildew. The recommended seeding rate is 55–60 thousand seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal plant development and maximum output.
