EC DONATELA — a medium-maturing sunflower hybrid, intended for cultivation in regions with various climatic conditions, including the Volgograd and Saratov regions. The plant has a medium height, no branching, and dark green leaves with moderate blistering. The vegetation period is approximately 115 days, ensuring stable maturation under the conditions of the Lower Volga region. The seeds have yellow corolla coloration and a 10,000-seed mass of about 56.1 grams, indicating good yield potential.

The hybrid is characterized by high oil content in the seeds, reaching 52-53%, making it attractive for oil production. EC DONATELA exhibits resistance to rust, Phomopsis, verticillium wilt, and gray mold, as well as moderate resistance to white mold and false powdery mildew. The resistance group to downy mildew is 2 with a resistance rating of 8, confirming a low infection level. These characteristics ensure the hybrid's good adaptation to dry conditions and the possibility of cultivation under sufficient moisture.

The cultivation technology is conventional, with a hanging basket and linoleum-type seeds. EC DONATELA demonstrates high yield — the average yield in the Lower Volga region is 23 centners per hectare, with a maximum recorded yield of 37.1 centners per hectare. The average oil content in the seeds is about 46.8%, confirming high oil content and product quality. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.
