ES ANTEMIS SLF

ES Antemis — a high-yielding sunflower hybrid intended for oilseed cultivation. Plants reach a height of 165–175 cm, have a convex head with a diameter of 22–24 cm and a medium-thick stem with high leafiness. The vegetation period ranges from 100 to 122 days, and flowering occurs 65–66 days after emergence. Seeds contain 46.7% to 51% oil, ensuring high oil content in the hybrid. The 1000-seed mass is approximately 75.9 g. Leaf color is green, ray flowers are yellow, and seeds have distinct marginal stripes. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including rust, Alternaria, verticillium, stem and head sclerotinia, false powdery mildew, and resistance to 7 races of downy mildew. The level of downy mildew infection is minimal, confirming the hybrid’s high resistance. For seed treatment, it is recommended to use the fungicide Maxim XL and the insecticide Poncho, providing additional protection against fungal diseases and insect pests. ES Antemis is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including steppe and forest-steppe regions of Ukraine, as well as the Volga region of Russia. The hybrid demonstrates high yield — up to 50 centners per hectare — making it attractive to farmers seeking a stable and high-quality harvest. High initial growth energy and a robust root system ensure good adaptation to drought conditions and efficient use of soil resources.
