MAHAON CLP

The MAHAON CLP sunflower hybrid is an early-maturing variety distinguished by its stability and technological ease of cultivation. Plants reach a height of 160–170 cm and exhibit good leafiness, which promotes efficient photosynthesis and growth. The hybrid’s head is large and thin, rapidly drying upon maturity, while the seeds are large and deep, ensuring high productivity potential. The vegetative period ranges from 105 to 119 days, enabling successful cultivation across various agroclimatic zones.

MAHAON CLP is characterized by high yield, which varies depending on region and growing conditions, reaching yields of 25.3 to 49.7 centners per hectare. The hybrid is resistant to the herbicide EURO-LIGHTNING®PLUS and exhibits resistance to major sunflower diseases, including downy mildew, phomopsis, false powdery mildew, and head rot. Additionally, the variety demonstrates high resistance to lodging, facilitating harvest and reducing yield losses.

The oil content in the seeds of this hybrid is approximately 46.4–50%, making it attractive for oil production. Due to its qualities and adaptability, MAHAON CLP is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including the Central Chernozem, North Caucasus, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, Ural, and West Siberian zones. This hybrid represents a modern solution for agriculture, ensuring high productivity and raw material quality.
