MAS 808OL

Sunflower MAS 808OL (MAS 86.OL) is a high-oleic hybrid developed in France and produced in Ukraine by MAS Seeds. This variety is characterized by high yield, reaching approximately 59.8 centners per hectare, and high oil content — 49-52%, of which 84-89% is oleic acid. Due to these characteristics, MAS 808OL is an optimal choice for obtaining high-quality oil with improved properties.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to a range of diseases, including false powdery mildew (RM9), fomopsis, basket and stem sclerotiniopsis, as well as rust (Puccinia). In addition, MAS 808OL is resistant to the pest 'E', significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. The recommended planting density is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture and 60-65 thousand under adequate moisture, ensuring optimal growth and maximum productivity of the crop.

Treated seeds are used for planting, with 150,000 seeds per bag, covering an area of 2.2-2.5 hectares. Seed treatment is performed using AGROSTART and PONCHO D150, and the cultivation technology is conventional. MAS 808OL is adapted to various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Northern Steppe, making it a universal and reliable choice for agricultural producers.
