MAS 82 A

MAS 82 A is an early sunflower hybrid with high yield potential and seed oil content, reaching 52-56%. This hybrid belongs to the linoleic type and is characterized by a vegetation period of 90-95 days, allowing it to be successfully grown in the forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine. Plants are of medium height with a convex head shape, well-filled with seeds, ensuring high productivity and crop quality. The mass of 1000 seeds is 48-52 grams, and oil content reaches 54%, making this hybrid attractive to oil producers and farmers focused on high profitability.

Hybrid MAS 82 A is distinguished by high resistance to various stress factors and diseases. It tolerates drought and lodging well, has resistance to downy mildew (5 races A-E), powdery mildew (RM9), phoma, and head and stem rot. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid demonstrates excellent phytosanitary condition and stable yield even under the heterogeneous climate and soils of Ukraine. Growing MAS 82 A is recommended to be conducted using traditional soil processing technology, with sowing after winter cereals in crop rotation.
