The Na Dersan sunflower, a breeding product from Nertus, is a simple hybrid engineered for intensive farming, specifically adapted to the climatic conditions of Ukraine. Phytosanitary Resistance and Morphology

The hybrid's biological foundation relies on comprehensive resistance to key pathogens that limit yields in forest-steppe and steppe zones. Breeding efforts led by Mykola Viacheslavovych Mykhno have resulted in high immunity against:

• Phomopsis and Phoma;
• Rust;
• Powdery mildew.

A stalk height of 160–170 cm ensures optimal foliage distribution, which is critical for photosynthetic activity. The narrow-ovate and elongated black seeds contribute to uniform head filling. The convex, medium-sized head allows the plant to efficiently utilize moisture during grain filling.
