NS H 8002

Sunflower NS H 8002 is a mid-early hybrid of Serbian selection, intended for cultivation using the "Sumo" technology with the herbicide "Granstar". The maturity period is 100-104 days, allowing effective planning of agronomic activities. The hybrid is characterized by high yield up to 58 ц/ha and high oil content in seeds — from 52 to 55%, making it attractive for oil producers.

One of the key features of NS H 8002 is its high resistance to adverse factors. The hybrid demonstrates excellent drought tolerance and lodging resistance, as well as high tolerance to major sunflower diseases, including Phomopsis and rust, with ratings of 9 and 10 respectively on the 10-point scale. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to downy mildew (downy mildew) with resistance class A-F, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss.

NS H 8002 seeds are treated with fungicides thiophanate-methyl, thiabendazole, and metalaxyl-M, providing additional protection against diseases during early growth stages. The recommended planting density varies depending on the region: 50-55 thousand plants per hectare for the forest-steppe zone, and 45-50 thousand plants per hectare for the steppe zone. The hybrid is successfully adapted to various climatic conditions in Ukraine, as evidenced by its stable yield and resistance to stress in different soil-climatic zones.
