The P63HE189 hybrid sunflower is an early-maturing variety with a vegetative period of about 105-110 days, intended for cultivation in the Polissya, Forest-Steppe, and Northern Steppe regions of Ukraine. It features high resistance to lodging and drought, ensuring stable yields even under challenging climatic conditions. The hybrid's yield potential reaches 5.5 tons per hectare, with a seed oil content of approximately 51%, making it highly profitable for producing high-quality oil.

The hybrid exhibits resistance to various strains (groups A-E) of downy mildew, as well as high tolerance to leaf and head diseases, including fusarium, fusarium wilt, and white mold. This significantly reduces the risk of yield loss and minimizes the need for intensive chemical protection. The hybrid's tall plants tolerate dense planting well, allowing for optimized planting density and increased overall productivity.

P63HE189 is recommended for use with the herbicide Granstar, which simplifies weed control and improves growing conditions for plants.
