Hybrid PR 64 H45 exhibits good resistance to leaf and stem diseases, including fomopsis, white mold, verticillium wilt, and downy mildew, as well as high herbicide tolerance, particularly under the ExpressSun technology with the herbicide Granstar. Resistance to seven races of sunflower flea beetle (A-G) broadens cultivation opportunities across various fields, except those with the Romanian subtype of flea beetle race G.
Recommended planting density is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture and 45-50 thousand under insufficient moisture. Seeds are supplied in bags of 150,000 units and undergo standard treatment, with options for Cruiser and Lumigen seed treatments.
