The selection work of the Sunflower brand on the R 37 hybrid focuses on creating a stable production cycle in regions with high phytosanitary pressure. This simple sunflower hybrid is the result of targeted breeding, where the key vector is the balance between early maturity and oil content.

Biological Potential and Vegetation Rates

The vegetation period, ranging from 90 to 110 days, allows R 37 to be integrated into crop rotations requiring early harvesting. A plant height of 160–180 cm is optimal for mechanized harvesting: the stem's center of gravity ensures resistance to lodging even under adverse weather conditions. The oil content of 50–55% makes this hybrid an economically attractive asset for processing facilities.
