SY Experto — highly oleic sunflower hybrid from Syngenta, designed for intensive cultivation with high yield potential. This mid-season hybrid has a vegetation period of 106 to 115 days and plant height of 150 to 170 cm. It is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones, including steppe and forest-steppe regions, except extremely arid areas. The hybrid's cultivation technology is based on the Clearfield system, which allows effective weed control and increased crop productivity.

One of the key advantages of SY Experto is its high resistance to major sunflower diseases such as Phomopsis, Phomoid, Sclerotinia (white mold), as well as races A-E of downy mildew. This ensures stable yields and reduces the risk of losses. The hybrid has high oil content — up to 50-52%, with oleic acid content in the oil reaching 90%, making it especially valuable for producing high-quality oil with improved technological and flavor characteristics.

To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to follow optimal seeding rates, taking into account soil moisture levels, and avoid overcrowding to prevent lodging. SY Experto seeds are treated with Cruiser, providing additional protection against pests in early growth stages.
