• Phoma and various rot types — the plant's defense mechanisms effectively localize spore penetration.

The biochemical profile of "Velcom" seeds is tailored for the processing industry. An oil content of 50–55% makes this hybrid a high-yield asset for farmers supplying oil extraction plants, as the high oil output helps mitigate raw material price volatility.
