Description
The Turbine corn ears are cylindrical, 20-22 cm long and 5-5.5 cm in diameter. They are well-covered by leaves, providing protection and preservation of kernels. Each ear develops 16-18 neat rows of large, bright yellow kernels with a rich sweet flavor and high sugar and beneficial micronutrient content. The weight of one ear is 200-250 g. Due to excellent marketability, the ears are suitable for fresh market sales, canning, freezing, and culinary use.
Hybrid Turbine F1 is valued for its high yield — under proper agronomic practices, 2-3 ears can be obtained from one plant. Seeds germinate quickly without additional preparation, simplifying sowing in open ground. The harvested crop is well-transported and stored under cool conditions without quality loss, making this variety a universal and profitable choice for farmers seeking stable and profitable early sweet corn production.
