Ukrainian Bicolor

Ukrainian sweet corn hybrid 'Ukrainian Bicolor' F1 is a medium-maturing super-sweet corn hybrid developed by the Ukrainian company Mnagor. The vegetation period is 75-78 days, allowing this hybrid to be grown throughout Ukraine and on various soil types. The plant reaches a height of 180-190 cm, forming 1-2 large cylindrical ears up to 22 cm long and 5-5.5 cm in diameter. The ears consist of kernels of two colors: approximately 75% yellow and 25% white, which are characterized by large size, juiciness, and shine.

The hybrid is distinguished by high heat tolerance and drought resistance, ensuring stable high yields even under prolonged dry weather conditions. In addition, 'Ukrainian Bicolor' possesses strong immunity to most diseases common to corn, enhancing cultivation reliability. The seeds are treated with modern contact-systemic fungicides Maxim XL and Vitavax 200FF for protection against fungal diseases, as well as with Radix Perfecta technology based on EM-technology for drought resistance.

The fruits of this hybrid are valued for their excellent taste and high sugar content — over 24-25%, making the kernels especially sweet and juicy. Due to its attractive appearance and excellent transportability, corn is widely used for fresh consumption, processing, canning, and freezing. 'Ukrainian Bicolor' is a universal product combining high productivity, resilience to adverse conditions, and exceptional taste.
